FREE SAFETY SEMINAR

Pinnacle Safety Solutions hosted a free safety seminar on June 17, 2011 for stakeholders in the construction and maintenance sector.
Many attendees voiced their concerns about the legal concerns associated with the Occupational Health and Safety 2005 legislation which places a responsibility on the employer to provide safe people, safe premises, safe practices and safe plant.

Since the failure to comply with the legislation will result in prosecution leading to fines and or imprisonment, attendees were keen to acquire information about what impact compliance and non-compliance would have on their business.
